2️⃣ Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on playngrade.fr, a Shopify store, between PlayNGrade and any person wishing to make a purchase.

3️⃣ Products

PlayNGrade mainly offers:

  • Pokémon cards, including loose, graded and limited-edition cards;
  • Collecting accessories, including protection and storage products.

Each product is described as accurately as possible, including photographs, condition, language and edition. Collectible cards may have minor imperfections according to the stated condition, such as Near Mint or Light Played.

4️⃣ Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges are not included and are shown during checkout.

PlayNGrade may change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is placed.

5️⃣ Orders

Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Buyers must check the information provided, including the address and products. A confirmation email is sent after validation.

PlayNGrade may refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud or an obvious error.

6️⃣ Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank card through Shopify Payments;
  • PayPal, if enabled;
  • Other payment methods offered on the website.

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. No order will be dispatched before full payment is received.

7️⃣ Dispatch and delivery

Products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Available methods include Lettre Suivie, Colissimo and Mondial Relay. A tracking number is provided whenever possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. An investigation may be opened in the event of loss or delay.

8️⃣ Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, buyers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

❗ Exceptions:

  • Unique-print collectible cards or collectible products with a variable value are not eligible for withdrawal once opened or handled.
  • Personalised or opened products cannot be returned.

If a return is accepted, the buyer must return the product at their own expense, in identical condition and with tracking.

9️⃣ Returns and refunds

Every return must first be requested by email at contact@playngrade.fr. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be issued within 14 days, excluding shipping costs.

🔟 Liability

PlayNGrade cannot be held liable for carrier delays, losses or the use of products after delivery. Cards sold are authentic and verified.

Customer data is used solely to manage orders. Under the GDPR, buyers may access, amend or erase their data by writing to contact@playngrade.fr.

Website content, including images, text and the logo, is protected. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

1️⃣3️⃣ Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritised. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
